101 Construction Company, Inc., a licensed General Contractor, was formed in February, 1993, in Nashville, Tennessee.  Our General Contractor’s license with the Tennessee Board of Licensing is ranked with an unlimited working capacity, and we are fully bondable.

    Our main area of activity consists of negotiated commercial Design/Build projects such as office buildings, restaurants, assisted living facilities, hotels, banks, retail centers, and highly customized private residences.  We are also involved in residential developments consisting of the construction of roads, sanitary, water, and other infrastructures.

    All of our employees are computer savvy, have company email, and internet access, as computer usage is vital to our company.  We strive to stay abreast of the latest technology, and software, designed for our industry.

    We have our own in-house design department, with architectural, engineering, and interior design services available for our clients’ convenience.  Likewise, our subcontractors on each project are carefully screened, well known professionals with respected reputations in the construction industry. 

    Saeed Sassan, CEO, has a degree in architecture, and has extensive experience in all phases of Design/Build, construction, and administrative management.  He has been active in the construction industry in the Nashville area, and is familiar with the “roots” of the industry in a positive, productive way.  Since its inception, Mr. Sassan has taken an active construction management role in each and every one of 101 Construction Company’s projects.

    Kathy Aminmadani, President, also has a degree in architecture, and is a talented designer who works closely with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the project.  Mrs. Aminmadani oversees the CAD department.
