Project Manager

Project Manager needed to coordinate and direct commercial and residential engineering projects.  

Executes documentation, such as permits, submittals, RFIs, lien waivers, and project closeout documents and complex budgets, bids, and contracts, and directs the negotiation of research contracts using knowledge of MS Project, CSI SAP, ETABS, SAFE, and Tekla Structures.

 Masters degree or educational equivalent in civil engineering plus 3 years experience in combined project management and engineering required.
